Independent for Eildon
Moving Eildon Forward
A community-powered campaign for better roads, real representation, and a voice that actually listens โ built with the people of Eildon, not at them.

Our Pact With You
Here's the deal. Your vote, your voice. Not only do you have a place in this story, you are one of the authors. Every vote I take in Parliament will be taken with the consent of those who are engaged in civil life and want their voice represented, and I'll be upfront about how I voted and why. We won't disappear once elected โ the campaign continues, the conversation continues, and your input shapes every decision we make.
Your Voice, Your Vote.
Each vote I take will be informed by the people, every time.
Listening to Everyone
Every voice matters, every voice is important and I will listen to you all.

The numbers behind an independent path to victory in Eildon
This isn't wishful thinking. It's based on real election data from our own region. The same conditions that produced five consecutive independent wins in Indi exist right here in Eildon.
29% can win
An independent needs as little as 29% of first-preference votes to win โ far less than most people assume. The preference system does the rest.
Preferences are the superpower
Labor, Greens and minor party voters strongly preference independents. Every vote for those parties flows back to us in the final count.
It's already worked here
An independent has won Indi โ which includes much of the Eildon electorate โ five elections in a row. In 2025, Mansfield gave the independent 42.3% of first preferences.
The trend is with us
The independent vote in this region has grown election after election. What was once considered impossible is now the established pattern.
The structural advantage
Labor voters send ~72% of their preferences to the independent. Greens voters send ~82%. Together, that's a powerful preference flood that can turn a 29% primary vote into a 51%+ final count.
The more voters who support Labor, Greens, or any minor party โ the stronger the independent's path to victory. Every vote in this electorate matters.
This only works with community behind it.
Share this campaign with your neighbours. The more people who know an independent can win, the more people will vote like it's possible.
